About Us

Tomecraft was started in 2020 but its roots go back to  2017, when I started a small store on Etsy which at the time was called Widdershins.  

At the time I was making small journals and small books of shadows. It grew from that point and evolved, becoming something which I am very proud of. 

My name is Amber and I am the owner of Tomecraft. I make all of the Books here. They are all produced by hand using traditional methods.

I am a Bookbinder,  artist, follower of the old ways and a proud member of the LGBTQI+ community.  I have always loved books. As a child, I was drawn to big hefty Spellbooks and manuscripts in TV and Film, some of which I took inspiration from to start making the big grand tomes you see on the site.

I imbue magick into the books that I make. I never work on a book if I am sick, or if there is negativity in the air because these books are vessels. The energy that goes into them is important.
Since starting Tomecraft I have sold my creations to customers all over the world.  

Tomecraft now has a wonderful artist on board who is also a practising Witch, his name is Dominicus. He has illustrated many of the beautiful pages from our illustrated books.

Our customer base is extremely important and we hope to continue expanding it well into the future!
