Shipping & returns

We use a variety of different delivery companies to dispatch our Books & Pages.

For small UK Orders, we use Royal Mail. 

Larger UK orders are sent via Parcelforce or DPD.

Small international orders are also dispatched by Royal Mail. 

Larger orders such as Grand Tomes and heavier books are sent via UPS, FedEx or Parcelforce.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping information when you place an order. Items that are returned due to the wrong address being provided will be recharged to resend. 

Please note: US Customers may incur tariff charges. 

Please be advised of the customs rules for your country. If your order incurs any charges, these will be passed on to you by the shipping company.

Our return policy is as follows: 

Made to Made-to-order books are NOT refundable or exchangeable. 

In-stock books can be returned, but they must be in ORIGINAL condition with no writing or damage to the pages or cover.

Spellpages, and aged papers can be returned also, but they must be in original condition.

Please be aware of customs charges that may be incurred when importing into
