Terms and conditions

 Unless otherwise stated, all sales of made to order items including Books of Shadows are final. 

Deposits made on made to order books are non-refundable.

Book shipping times will vary greatly depending on my current workload. I  try to be transparent as possible on the site and aim to have most books finished within 8 weeks but sometimes they may take longer depending on our current workload. 

We do not accept cancellations. 

We accept returns on in stock items only and they must be in original  condition. Books must be free of writing and marks. Items must be in unused condition.

Should your book arrived damaged or if there is a fault with it, we will fix  it for you free of charge within 3 months of recieving it. Please note  you will be required to pay shipping fees, as a small business we are  unable to cover these. 

International Customers are responsible for any taxes or charges  incurred when recieving their book.
